Health and sanitation
People who have strong background or training in the primary health care may also work in the health post or health center.Doctors, dentists, nurses, midwives, physiotherapists, teachers and healthcare workers are particularly encouraged to volunteer. After completing the training, visitors will work in village school and community to provide primary health and sanitation awareness and also teach health and sanitation at local schools. Visitors can raise awareness by demonstrating related activities among rural people about health and sanitation. They can help in the implementation of a community program to teach locals about important medical subjects such as pediatric care, dental health care etc and can also assist doctors and nurses in local hospitals, clinics, and villages.

Education
Our visitors can get involved in a wide range of projects, from helping the people in re-building their mud huts, to teaching English conversational skills, sharing basic health and hygiene tips, helping out in a local school, offering vocational training to the people. Visitors enrolling in this program are also expected to share their own teaching methodologies as well as helping the school teachers to develop their conversational English skills. Visitors can teach English in community, youth groups and women's group and also teach those children who are unable to go to school. The main objective of our education and literacy projects is about helping people to realize their own potential to create secure livelihoods through effective economic and social education.

Cultural programs
This program is targeted to anyone who has a keen interest in Nepal culture. After completion of intensive Nepali language training, visitors will stay with Nepali family in village through participation in village life, visitors will experience the different local culture, while sharing their own culture and custom. Visitors will benefit cross-cultural experience through the cultural exchange program.

Community program
Community projects provide an opportunity to get stuck in and really make a difference. Spend some time volunteering in local community projects, share the experience and get to the heart and soul of their culture. We have a wide range of community volunteering programs which will give the visitor a rewarding and life changing experience. The visitor could be involved in painting a school, rebuilding a monastery, roads, waterworks or building a house, a school or health clinic.
